1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Quran OS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Quran OS is a calm habit app for reading the Quran, counting dhikr, and tracking progress with friends and family. We provide it "as is" and continuously improve it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to harass others. Circle and league features are intended for respectful, supportive use.
5. Content & Quran text
The Quran text and translations shown in the Service come from publicly available, properly licensed sources. We don't claim ownership of the divine text. App design, code, and UI are © Orhan Göktuğ Güngör.
6. Subscriptions (Pro)
Pro is optional. Pricing and features are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the rules of the platform you purchased from.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the prior 12 months (or $50 if you didn't pay).
8. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect material changes.
