Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Sakina Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at o.goktuggungor@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days back to the original payment method.
3. After 14 days
After the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion and may be considered for exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent service use). You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period and won't be charged again.
4. Free trial
Sakina Pro includes a 7-day free trial that does not require a payment method. No charge occurs unless you explicitly subscribe after the trial ends.
